The OpportunityThe CMMS Administrator (Coordinator) is focused on administrating and providing support to the Computerised Maintenance Management Systems that are operational within the Sustainment Organisation. The CMMS is a major component of the working support system and ensures that maintenance is managed to the requirements of our clients. Therefore, the role is responsible for the support, upgrade, and upkeep of the active CMMS toolsets used with-in the sustainment group. The role is also expected to act as the super user of all active CMMS tools.What’s involvedPlan and manage system upgrades ensuring effective communication with external and internal users.Provide support helpdesk function; maintain Users [including regular audit of User Accounts], maintain Configuration Data, resolve system performance issues.Retrieve, collate, and distribute maintenance data requested from AMOS2 using MS SQL and reporting services to support Asset Management processes.Test and apply AMOS2 patches.Responsible for troubleshooting system irregularities, data entry training, and setting standards for database management use.Assist with the close out of AMOS2 preventative maintenance and work failure jobs.Input and update maintenance data into AMOS2.Support update of approved technical data within AMOS2.Make database updates using MS SQL to resolve data replication issues.Liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders.Collaborate on technical issues with Business Analysts and programmers.Provide management, communication, and oversight to overall CMMS.Review and resolve issues on assigned tasks which affect company compliance and ensure satisfaction of legal requirements, and company and customer objectives.Recommend possible revisions or process improvements to meet company needs.Ensure that services and deliverables are delivered in accordance with the agreement terms and conditions.Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance. You’ll needEssentialA tertiary qualification in IT or relevant work experience3 years’ experience administrating and coordinating CMMS tools or equivalent essential.Previous experience with MS SQL to resolve data replication issues. DesirablePrevious experience in the marine maintenance environment highly desirable.Previous experience in document revision or process improvements desirable.
