What’s Involved

  • Ensure subcontractor and Customer Mission System crews are fully prepared to operate and maintain the Mission System through its transition to customer custody

You’ll Need:

  • TAE 40116 or 40122 CERT IV in Training and Assessment (equivalent or higher)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in defence maritime operations or technical training (or similar). Experience in drafting procedures and developing training content
  • Experience in shipbuilding or maritime defence projects
  • Certification in Instructional Systems Design or Simulation-Based Training
  • Experience with participation in design reviews
  • Experience in Training Regulatory compliance management (desirable)
  • Development of Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP) (desirable)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (desirable)
