You’ll Need

Essential

  • Hold or be eligible for a Baseline AGSVA Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
  • Degree qualifications in Engineering, Information Management, or related discipline with demonstrated application to Defence industry.
  • 10+ years’ IPS/ILS experience leading Technical Data programs, including IPS elements integration.
  • Proven ASDEFCON experience: SOWs, CDRLs, Technical Data Plans, delivery of compliant artefacts.
  • Expertise in S1000D/IETP development and assurance, including DEF(AUST) IPS‑5630 and business rules
  • Hands-on governance of PLM/IDE, data models, metadata and re-use across lifecycle phases.
  • Familiarity with Configuration Management standards and practices (e.g., EIA‑649, CM audits, status accounting) to maintain digital continuity and traceability.
