The Opportunity

Safely manage the daily site operations of assigned projects co-ordinating relevant trades to ensure required works are executed to schedule, on budget and to the required quality levels. The Production supervisor position, reporting to the Senior Production Manager.

 

What’s involved

  • Plan daily and weekly task requirements for your team
  • Identify potential risks or constraints that will impact task delivery and ensure key stakeholders are consulted
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and counselling
  • Assist in the compiling and submission of OQE as required
  • Monitor execution of procedures and provide feedback to the QA Department to ensure procedures are relevant to tasks being performed
  • Coordination of sub-contractors including requesting quotations, raising PO’s and ensuring works conducted according to work specifications

 

You’ll need

  • Construction White Card
  • Experience in a Supervisor role
  • Trade Qualification in relevant field
  • Defence/Commercial Experience
  • Maintenance Operations – Marine/ Ship Repair Experience
