About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our Cairns team. Reporting to the Scheduler Lead, you’ll develop and maintain project schedules that support sustainment contracts.

This role goes beyond timelines — you’ll use data to drive decision-making, working with stakeholders to ensure performance is measurable, aligned, and EVM-compliant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules
  • Set baselines for resource and capacity planning
  • Maintain consistent, accurate scheduling across teams
  • Support EVM reporting and variance control
  • Improve scheduling systems and processes
What You’ll Bring
  • Australian Citizenship (for clearance)
  • ~5 years’ scheduling experience
  • Primavera P6 proficiency (2+ years)
  • Understanding of EVM, forecasting, and cost estimation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Defence, Government, or commercial project experience (desirable)
  • AIPM certification (CPPM or higher) (desirable)
  • Shipbuilding/Defence background (desirable)
