About the Opportunity
The IPS Senior RAM Engineer at Austal Defence leads Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis for maritime Mission and Support Systems. You’ll apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to inform system safety, maintenance planning, and supply support, ensuring RAM principles shape design and sustainment. This role provides technical leadership, drives collaboration across Integrated Product Support (IPS) disciplines, and reports to the IPS Engineering Lead or RAM Engineering Lead, depending on the program.
