You’ll Need

  • Tertiary level qualification in Human Resource Management & or Industrial Relations
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR business partner or advisory role
  •  Experience in similar industry would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of industrial relations systems and the ability to interpret employee contracts and relevant IR laws
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal, including demonstrated report writing ability
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and trend information, draw conclusions, recommend action to address needs and mitigate risks, and ability to influence and negotiate to achieve outcomes.
  • The ability to devise, implement and evaluate HR policies and procedures.
