About the Opportunity
As the Senior Supply Support Analyst for Austal Defence Australia (ADA), you'll be responsible for delivering Supply Support and vessel equipage outcomes across shipbuilding programs. Working within the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team, you'll help ensure equipment readiness and supportability through provisioning, inventory management, sparing, cataloguing, codification and supply data activities.

What’s Involved
- Conduct provisioning and sparing analysis to support equipment readiness and operational requirements.
- Maintain Bills of Material (BOM) and vessel equipage data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project schedules.
- Support cataloguing and codification activities, maintaining accurate inventory and asset records.
- Prepare and maintain Supply Support documentation and deliverables in line with project requirements.
- Manage supply support data across relevant systems, ensuring information remains accurate and traceable.
- Ensure Supply Support activities comply with Defence standards, contractual requirements and company procedures.
You’ll Need
- Qualification in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Operations or a related discipline.
- Experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Supply Support Analysis, inventory management or a related logistics environment.
- Knowledge of provisioning, cataloguing, inventory management and supply support principles.
- Experience preparing or supporting Defence documentation and deliverables (desirable).
- Experience within Defence, maritime or shipbuilding programs (desirable).
- Knowledge of ASDEFCON and Defence logistics support requirements (desirable).
- Experience with ERP/PLM systems, codification, cataloguing or asset visibility technologies (desirable).
- Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance.
