The maritime is now. What’s Involved Manage project administrative functions.Streamline administrative processes, procedures and work instructions for administrative tasksLiaise with Repair Agents for security/access requirements.Manage project registers, schedules, document control and variations.Monitor project progress, address potential issues and control Objective Quality Evidence (OQE).Prepare and maintain project email accounts and subsequent folders on the network driveCollect and analyse project dataReport on outcomes to internal and external stakeholdersReceipt and Invoice Goods You’ll Need EssentialAbility to gain Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen).Tertiary Qualification in English and Maths or demonstrable relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role5 years practical experience and knowledge in a Project Administration or Business Administration role.Experience in technical and financial closure of projects/contracts including progress payments and invoicing.Competent in developing data driven reports to inform project outcomes.Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple tasks/projects.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels, both internally and externally.Advanced knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.High attention to detail and accuracy. You’ll Need

Essential

  • Ability to gain Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen).
  • Tertiary Qualification in English and Maths or demonstrable relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role
  • 5 years practical experience and knowledge in a Project Administration or Business Administration role.
