You'll be a trusted expert, providing top-tier HR/IR advice that drives business success and helps us build the team of the future. You'll collaborate across the entire HR team to deliver seamless service, partner with our Learning & Organisational Development team to embed our culture and help shape an organization that's ready for anything.

What’s Involved
You’ll Need
You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field with at least five years of experience in a similar role. You possess extensive knowledge of employment and industrial relations law, along with experience developing and implementing HR-related policies and procedures.
You also have strong coaching, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and are highly experienced at conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex issues. Furthermore, you have strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities, including high-level technical writing skills. Finally, you are experienced in implementing HR/IR strategies, programs, and policies, as well as delivering presentations and training to both management and staff.
