What’s Involved
As a key member of the Recruitment team, your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment outcomes in a fastâpaced environment
- Managing the endâtoâend recruitment lifecycle across whiteâcollar and/or blueâcollar roles
- Posting job advertisements and building targeted talent pools
- Proactively sourcing candidates using tailored attraction strategies
- Guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment process with clarity and care
- Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding documentation
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Supporting the broader HR team with recruitment administration and general HR activities as required
You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage highâvolume or fastâmoving recruitment workflows
- Previous internal recruitment experience (whiteâcollar, blueâcollar, or both)
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent timeâmanagement skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- A proactive, flexible approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Exposure to industryâspecific tickets, licences, or qualifications (desirable but not essential)
