The Project Planning Lead plays a key role in ensuring production teams have everything they need to execute work safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll lead the development of effective workface planning practices, making sure tasks are fully defined, properly sequenced, and ready at the point of execution. By translating high‑level schedules into clear, achievable work packages and removing constraints before they impact the floor, you’ll help drive flow, productivity, and delivery certainty across the shipyard.About AustalAustal is Australia’s global shipbuilder, Defence prime contractor; and maritime technology partner of choice.
