Actively engaged in Repair Agent security/access request for their assigned platforms/projects. Maintaining task status/schedule updates in database and IFS to support accruals and forecasting.Create and maintain project folder structure for allocated projectsCreate and monitor project email inbox for allocated projects, ensuring correspondents are filed, actioned and responded to in a timely manorRaise Purchase Requisitions, ensuring support documentation is uploaded into IFS to support the PR and PO process. Collate capability inputs from Engineering, Supply Support and Maintenance Support for the development of a project weekly report. Prepare Agendas and minutes to support weekly project meetings. Update and manage project database to ensure alignment between scope (MWL) and schedule (P6) and cost (IFS). Good receipting, invoice reconciliation including parts to taskActively seek invoices and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) for completed task. You’ll Need Tertiary Qualification in English and Maths or demonstrable relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role. Excellent time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines. Good communication skills Proficient in working with Microsoft Office suite with high attention to detail and accuracy.
