Program Test and Combat Systems Manager
About the Opportunity
Austal Defence Australia is seeking a Program Test and Combat Systems Manager to lead the delivery of programâlevel test activities and combat systems integration across complex defence projects.
This role is responsible for managing the test and evaluation strategy, ensuring system acceptance, and leading the integration of complex combat systems across platforms including LCM and LCH. You will work across engineering, project teams, and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned to scope, schedule, quality, and compliance requirements.
Reporting into senior engineering leadership, this position plays a key role in ensuring successful delivery of integrated test programs and combat systems capability.
