About the OpportunityThe Program Controls Manager (PCM) is responsible for coordinating the analysis of performance, time, scope, quality, and cost data, as well as contributing to the necessary reporting. The PCM plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing activities across all projects, ensuring smooth progress and ultimately contributing to project success. The PCM drives the delivery of projects, generating the data to assist the PMs in making informed project decisions and is responsible for project scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, risk management, and reporting. The PCM is also responsible for Business Unit activity in capturing, analysing, and where appropriate implementing lessons identified, as well as cultivating a continuous improvement culture in the PM environment.
