What’s Involved

  • Monitor active work orders to ensure ongoing accuracy, updating details when engineering changes or drawing revisions occur
  • Confirm all work steps are complete and accurate status in IFS prior to close out
  • Support integration between Primavera P6 schedules and IFS work order data to ensure consistency of scope, coding and progress
  • Liaise closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and ILS to coordinate readiness and resolve work order conflicts

You’ll Need 

  • 12+ months experience in project planning or work order management
  • Strong understanding of work order creation, maintenance and closeout processes within ERP systems
  • Ability to interpret and align drawings, scope, and configuration data to support accurate planning and progress tracking
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
