Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Formal drafting qualifications or equivalent
  • Advanced user in drafting/modelling software eg. AutoCAD, Inventor, ShipConstructor, Plant 3D or similar
  • Advanced skills in 3D modelling of piping systems and generation of spool drawings
  • Ability to understand & interpret complex P&IDs
  • Understanding of Australian and international codes and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of material and their compatibility in a marine environment
  • Good understanding of data and document management principals

 

Desirable

  • ShipConstructor Modelling Experience
