Material Expeditor
About the Opportunity
The Materials Expeditor ensures timely delivery and efficient flow of materials necessary for production and project completion. This role manages the Bill of Materials (BOM) driven by requisitions and collaborates closely with project teams to provide status updates, highlight critical issues, and resolve schedule conflicts. As an embedded member of the Integrated Project Team (IPT), their responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, managing inventory levels, and addressing supply chain issues. As the primary point of contact for project materials, the Materials Expeditor coordinates additional supply chain support as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
