You’ll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field, minimum Diploma level
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Practical knowledge of employment law and industrial relations legislation including interpreting and applying range of industrial instruments
  • Exposure to developing and implementing people related policies and procedures
  • Experience undertaking workplace investigation, making sound judgment and assisting in solving complex problems
