The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and passionate HSE System Coordinator to drive HSE excellence and support a strong HSE culture across our organisation. Reporting to the Head of HSE, Australasia the HSE System Coordinator will lead the continuous improvement and effective implementation of our HSE Management Systems across all operations. You will use your project management skills, stakeholder engagement, data analysis and problem solving to deliver improvements to the HSE Management System, that aligns with our strategic goals.
What’s involved
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organisation's HSE management system, ensuring it aligns with relevant standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of the HSE management system and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and review HSE policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
- Provide business report on HSE performance. based on analysis of data
You’ll need
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Management System frameworks, such as ISO 45001, 9001, 14001
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The writing of management system documentation is a key function of this position.
- Internal Auditor qualification â desirable.
- Experience in data analysis and performance measures related to HSE.
- Hold a Construction safety induction (white card)
