You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of hands on shipbuilding experience

  • Strong understanding of shipbuilding processes, standards and construction methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement
  • Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
