Digital Engagement CoordinatorAbout the OpportunityThe Digital Engagement Coordinator for Austal Defence Australia (ADA) facilitates effective collaboration between Business Process Owners (BPOs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and Integrated Data Environment (IDE) Business Analysts to ensure applications are progressively matured throughout the Product Release lifecycle.The role is responsible for maintaining and coordinating the IDE roadmap by aligning priorities, clarifying requirements, managing dependencies, and supporting the smooth transition of scope from concept through to product delivery. About the Opportunity

What’s Involved

  • Support governance and assurance activities by ensuring accurate documentation and decision traceability
  • Coordinate the review and triage of defects and enhancement requests
  • Support Product User Group sessions by enabling structured engagement and feedback
  • Support risk and issue tracking and facilitate resolution through appropriate channels

 

You’ll Need

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years’ experience coordinating digital, IT, or transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to support testing activities, manage defects, and maintain traceability
  • Strong experience coordinating across business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing roadmaps, priorities, and delivery dependencies
  • Strong documentation and governance capability in structured or regulated environments
  • Understanding of digital technologies and trends (desirable)
  • Experience supporting UAT and end‑to‑end delivery outcomes (desirable)
  • Exposure to defence, engineering, or regulated industries (desirable)
