What’s Involved Support the Ship Manager to deliver project outcomes across cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Partner closely with the Ship Manager to ensure construction activities are effectively planned, resourced, and executed. Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, production, and support teams to enable efficient vessel build outcomes. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the integrated master schedule aligned to construction priorities and milestones. Monitor project performance using reporting frameworks (cost, schedule, risk, and Earned Value Management). Identify and resolve constraints impacting construction delivery, including resources, materials, and sequencing. Manage project variations, change proposals, and contract deliverables while supporting governance, risk management, and escalation processes.   • Competent using Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of project management principles, including schedules, cost control, and Earned Value Management
  • Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
