What’s Involved Accountable for the life cycle management of data involving the configuration of product development from requirements decomposition, through design, production, V&V, in-service transition and support to subsequent disposal. Provides configuration management oversight and support to assigned projects in the Corporate CM PlanResponsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systemsImplement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life, tempered to Client requirements.Oversees and regulates process to ensures that all changes to the baselines go through appropriate change boards.Uses or recommends automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures.You’ll Need EssentialSignificant experience and familiarity with CM standards such as ISO, ITIL and CMMISignificant experience defining and implementing hardware and software configuration management processes and proceduresExperience establishing and maintaining Program CM systems, document and software librariesKnowledge and experience with PML, CMT, CMMS systems and EAMKnowledge and understanding of defence and commercial maritime regulatory framework.
