You’ll Need

  • Application of Organisation Change Management methodologies and frameworks
  • Minimum 8+ years experience leading, facilitating and managing change in complex organisational environments, including setting change management strategies and the design and implementation of change management practices, processes and activities
  • Demonstrated experience in mapping change requirements for organisational culture, governance, capabilities, skills and roles
  • Competent in developing maturity mapping and development planning
  • Adept in design and delivery of sustainable change in a long term, complex transformation setting
  • Confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders from enterprise management to front line staff
  • Proven experience in growing a change management team in a maturing organisation
  • Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
