What’s Involved Provide technical support to end users, resolving issues promptly and communicating technical concepts effectively with non technical users. Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows, including managing migrations. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in leveraging SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate effectively.Identify, investigate, and implement enhancements to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks through SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI solutions, or new applications. What’s Involved

You’ll Need 

  • Australian Citizenship and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, business, quality, change management or other related discipline.
  • Experience supporting users in an ICT environment
  • Proven experience with SharePoint Online
  • Previous experience in Power Platform environments including PowerApps and Automate and how they interact with SharePoint Online
  • Demonstrated analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.  
  • Experience utilising Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making (desirable)
  • Experience and/or training in Manage Engine or other ITIL based ticketing system (desirable)
