What’s Involved

  • Provide asset management leadership, guidance, and support across the SSA program
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and improve Asset Management Plans aligned to ISO 55001
  • Promote asset management frameworks, standards, processes, and systems across the business
  • Deliver asset management training and capability development initiatives
  • Lead asset management analytics, modelling, and reporting activities
  • Support estimating and forecasting activities relating to asset management services
  • Ensure lifecycle asset data is accurate, maintained, and effectively managed
  • Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and business enhancement initiatives
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and develop business opportunities and asset management improvements

 

You’ll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management leadership and system implementation
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Experience developing and maintaining asset management systems aligned to ISO 55001
  • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Eligibility for membership with the Asset Management Council, Engineers Australia, or a similar professional body
  • Experience within Defence, maritime, or complex industrial environments is highly regarded
  • Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
